April's Fool Day

In the UK, April Fool’s Day is on 1st April. People play tricks on their friends but they must finish before 12 o’clock midday. Newspapers write false stories to trick the people who read them. In Scotland April’s fool Day lasts two days. In Spain, people play tricks on their friends on 28th December . They make small paper men and stick them on people’s backs.
En el Reino Unido, el uno de abril es el día de Los Inocentes. Las personas gastan bromas a sus amigos, pero deben terminar a las doce del mediodía. En los periódicos se escriben noticias falsas para engañar a los lectores. En Escocia el día de Los Inocentes dura dos días. En España, las personas gastan bromas a sus amigos el 28 de diciembre. Realizan siluetas de personas en papel y las pegan en las espaldas de las personas.
